1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and vdtk1 ("vdtk1", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at vdtk1.net. These Terms apply to all services offered through the vdtk1 platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slots, RNG table games, promotional offers, and customer support interactions.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the vdtk1 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms are effective from the date of your registration and remain in force for the duration of your account's existence, including any period following account closure in which outstanding obligations remain.

vdtk1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will notify registered players via the contact details held on their account with at least seven (7) days' notice before the updated Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms are written in English and the English version shall be the governing and controlling version for all purposes. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English text shall prevail in the event of any conflict or ambiguity.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an account on vdtk1, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal age for online gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of any corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the vdtk1 platform or any related platform operated by the same entity.
• You are not an employee, contractor, consultant, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of vdtk1 or any of its technology, payment, or game-content partners.

vdtk1 implements age verification checks during the account registration process and again as part of the first withdrawal request. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable age verification documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Accounts for which satisfactory age verification cannot be completed will be suspended pending resolution.

It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to ensure that minors in their household do not access vdtk1 or any online gambling platform. vdtk1 recommends the use of parental control software where shared devices are in use.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Creating Your Account

Each individual may register one (1) account on the vdtk1 platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same mobile number, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, vdtk1 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus-derived winnings, and withhold withdrawal processing pending a full review.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your date of birth, a valid and active Bangladeshi mobile number, and an email address to which you have exclusive access. You must not use a false identity, a pseudonym, or another person's personal details when registering.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes sent to your registered mobile number. vdtk1 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact vdtk1 support immediately via the live chat portal at vdtk1.net.

Any action taken on your account while you are logged in — including placing bets, making deposits, or requesting withdrawals — is your responsibility. vdtk1 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure, except in cases where the breach results from a failure of our own security infrastructure.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

vdtk1 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and the misuse of our platform for illicit financial activity. As part of this commitment, we may request KYC documentation at any stage of your account's lifetime. KYC documentation typically includes a copy of your government-issued photo ID, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified in our request may result in suspension of withdrawal facilities until the documentation is received and verified.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

vdtk1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on your location, device, and the current operational status of the relevant payment provider. vdtk1 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol. No currency conversion fees are charged by vdtk1 for BDT deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently of vdtk1.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your vdtk1 account in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take between one (1) and three (3) business days to clear depending on the processing timelines of the originating bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by vdtk1, though your chosen payment provider may apply their own transaction limits.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. vdtk1 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment account not registered in the name of the vdtk1 account holder may be refunded in full and the account may be reviewed for compliance.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are processed within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals to Rocket, Upay, or Bangladeshi bank accounts are typically processed within two (2) to four (4) business hours. In periods of high volume or during system maintenance windows, processing times may be extended. vdtk1 will notify players via their registered contact details in the event of any significant withdrawal processing delay.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. Before your first withdrawal can be approved, your account must have completed the identity verification process described in Section 3.3. Subsequent withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks at vdtk1's discretion, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significantly larger than your typical account activity.

4.4 Responsible Financial Use

vdtk1 strongly encourages all players to set deposit limits on their accounts as part of responsible gaming practice. Deposit limits can be configured to daily, weekly, or monthly thresholds directly from your account settings panel. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increases to an existing deposit limit are subject to a minimum cooling-off period of twenty-four (24) hours before they become active.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

vdtk1 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and BPL season. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion detail page and via the promotional email or notification through which the offer is communicated.

Where a specific promotion's terms conflict with these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence for the matters they address. For all matters not addressed in the specific promotion terms, these general Terms apply.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies the total monetary value of bets that must be placed using the bonus balance before a withdrawal request will be approved. Wagering requirements vary by promotion type and are clearly stated in each offer's terms. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion:

• Bonus funds must be wagered before real-money funds in the account wallet.
• Bets placed on live casino games, slots, and cricket betting markets count toward wagering requirement fulfilment at the rates specified in the promotion.
• vdtk1 reserves the right to exclude certain game categories or specific titles from contributing to wagering requirement fulfilment.
• If you request a withdrawal before a wagering requirement is completed, vdtk1 will deduct the uncompleted bonus balance from your account prior to processing the withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

vdtk1 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive a welcome bonus more than once; placing low-risk or systematically hedged bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; coordinating with other players to exploit a specific promotion; and providing false information to qualify for a promotion for which you would not otherwise be eligible. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balances and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently closed.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

vdtk1 offers casino games and sports betting markets sourced from reputable international providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. Each game is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before wagering real BDT on it.

All slots and RNG table games use independently certified Random Number Generator software to determine outcomes. The RNG systems used by vdtk1's game providers are tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by vdtk1, the game provider, or any player. For sports betting markets, vdtk1 reserves the right to void bets in the event of an obvious pricing error, a change in the rules or format of the event being bet on, or the cancellation or abandonment of an event before the market's settlement criteria are met. vdtk1 uses fraud detection systems to identify irregular betting patterns that may indicate match-fixing, the use of automated betting software ("bots"), or other forms of cheating. Any account found to be placing bets in a manner designed to exploit technical errors, to use automated systems without prior written authorisation from vdtk1, or to engage in any form of cheating or fraudulent play will be suspended immediately and the matter referred for further review. Winnings derived from such activity will be forfeited.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on vdtk1, you agree to the following obligations and confirm that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited conduct at any time during your use of the platform:

• You will not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of the registration, verification, or ongoing account management process.
• You will not attempt to access the vdtk1 platform using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any other non-human interface without prior written consent from vdtk1.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of any part of the vdtk1 platform.
• You will not use the vdtk1 platform or its payment infrastructure to launder money, fund illegal activities, or conduct transactions on behalf of any sanctioned individual or entity.
• You will not transmit any malicious code, virus, worm, or other harmful software to the vdtk1 platform or any connected system.
• You will not engage in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory toward vdtk1 staff, support agents, or other players on any shared platform feature.
• You will not share your account credentials with any other person, nor allow any other person to use your account to place bets or access your funds.
• You will not attempt to exploit any technical error, software bug, or system vulnerability for financial gain. Any such vulnerability discovered must be reported to vdtk1 support immediately.

Violation of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and the pursuit of any available legal remedies at vdtk1's discretion.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure at Player Request

You may request the closure of your vdtk1 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via the live chat portal. Upon receipt of a closure request, vdtk1 will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balances before closing the account. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Account closure is typically completed within three (3) business days of the confirmed request.

Players who wish to close their account due to problem gambling concerns are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool rather than standard account closure, as self-exclusion includes additional safeguards such as re-registration blocking. 8.2 Suspension or Closure by vdtk1

vdtk1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where any of the following circumstances apply:

• The account holder is found to be under the age of 18.
• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account shows evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or the use of stolen payment credentials.
• The account has been involved in collusion, match-fixing, or the use of prohibited automated betting software.
• The account holder has provided false personal information during registration or verification.
• vdtk1 is required to do so by a legal obligation, court order, or instruction from a relevant authority.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of twenty-four (24) months and holds a zero balance.

Where an account is closed by vdtk1 due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account after deduction of forfeited amounts will be returned to the player's last verified payment method within thirty (30) business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or fraud review process.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity — defined as no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager during that period. vdtk1 will notify the account holder via their registered email address before applying a dormancy administration fee. The dormancy fee is ৳100 per calendar month and is deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player logging in. Players are encouraged to log into their accounts periodically to prevent dormancy charges. No dormancy fee is applied to accounts with a zero balance.
